Sales Support Co-Ordinator Remote role


An amazing fully remote is now available - My client are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator - The candidate will also work closely with other team members in sales, digital marketing and client services. Tasks & Duties; Client Support



My client a highly regarded finance training course provider.



  • An extremely high degree of personal organisation

  • Assisting clients with their booking / training / course requests;

  • Generating fee quotes

  • Following up on sent fee quotes by email and telephone

  • Dealing with in-house course requests o Dealing with public course enquires

  • Sending brochures / calendars / previous booking history to decision makers and following up

  • Managing the client thereafter; o Ensuring CRM is kept accurate and up to date o Setting and making course follow-up calls

  • Liaising with trainers regarding in-house training; o Arranging calls / meetings between with the client

  • Liaising with clients pre and post in-house course by telephone and email o client specific requests o participants o follow-up and feedback

  • Managing client contact records in CRM

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on our CRM o Tracking and tracing contacts who have left a company and adding their new company details to the CRM

  • Answering incoming calls (dealing with queries, transferring and advising) Sales Support * Pro-actively contacting existing clients 3, 6, 9, 12 months after a course to seek repeat business

  • Pro-actively contacting lapsed spending clients to re-build relationship

  • Maintaining accurate client account records in CRM

  • Post course follow-ups to gather feedback

  • Identifying new decision makers in spending accounts and contacting them




  • Excellent sales support / customer service skills

  • Excellent entrepreneurial thinking and application

  • Excellent IT skills; diary, email, CRM, tasks, fee quotation generation Characteristics that the role demands are;

  • A can-do attitude at all times

  • A super-quick learner and worker
