Hours: 8.30am to 5pm


Based: Epsom


This an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join one of our clients within their Service Support team. You will manage order processing, contracts and all aspects of service administration. You will work collaboratively with our suppliers and internal teams and ensure that all tasks are managed accurately and in a timely manner. This team has an important function in supporting service engineers, implementing processes and coordinating with cross functions.


What you will accomplish together with us:



  • Spares orders processing, including managing an MRP process

  • Creating service contracts

  • Service billing

  • Maintaining good communication with the EMEA Service team

  • Maintaining good communication with field engineers

  • Updating Service documentation

  • Registering new customers

  • Running regular reports


What they are looking for:



  • Strong experience in a support administration position

  • Experience within a related industry is desirable

  • Highly organised, able to take ownership of varied processes

  • Previous experience in SAP and Salesforce is desirable

  • Able to build relationships with people internally and externally

  • Strong Excel skills

  • Attention to detail
