Sales Support Administrator
£20k-£22k per annum
Chelmsford, Essex
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly dynamic and successful technology organisation as a Sales Support Administrator. This hands-on role is vital to the sales process within the business.


Duties:



  • Accurate recording of all orders, quotations and notes in CRM

  • Key contact for live-chat service

  • Obtain purchase orders for licence renewals & oversee license applications

  • Processing of all purchase orders

  • Creation of quotations

  • Purchase order confirmation calls

  • Supporting sales with customer enquiries

  • Processing of online orders including customer liaison

  • Issue resolution as required

  • Lead generation/research

  • Data analysis, reporting

  • Ad hoc duties to support the Sales Team as required


The ideal candidate:



  • Previous customer service experience

  • Proven effective communicator

  • Ability to take ownership of the role

  • Must be able to solve problems, and work to tight deadlines

  • Is focused on a positive customer outcome

  • Team player, but also able to work alone

  • Excellent systems knowledge and fast learner

  • Good Excel skills

  • Experience with upselling (desirable but not essential)
