Role: Telesales Executive (Phone based)

Where: Leeds City Centre (LS3, parking nearby)

When: Monday to Friday, 9AM - 5:30PM

Start Date: Monday 21st October

Salary: £9.50 per hour

What are they looking for?

This successful B2B Debt Recovery Business is looking to open a new northern site here in Leeds and are wanting a team of Lead Generators to help them build on their success in the region.

If you have a great telephone manner and love speaking with clients on the phone to build relationships, this is such an exciting opportunity as you'll be joining this office at it's very start and will be one of the reasons for its success.

This is a contract of 6 months at which point this can be extended and the potential for growth is huge - they always recruit from within if possible and many people who started as a Telesales Executive have now moved into roles such as Consultant, PA and Team Leader.

We are asking for a minimum commitment of 8 weeks to this role. You must be available to start on Monday 21st October and be free for at least 8 weeks.

What can I say I'll be doing?

  • Working through a ledger of Business contacts to introduce the service

  • Building a relationship with the business to understand their needs

  • Gaining information from the call and updating the database as required

  • Passing on interested clients and all relevant information to the Consultants

  • Sending email marketing content to prospect clients

Sounds great so far, do I have the right key skills for it?

  • Experience working in a high call volume role

  • Used to managing customer queries

  • The ability to research, compile and collate information

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office packages including Word and Excel
