**Amazing opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain / Customer Service Executive to work within a Luxury Sports Brand Head Office based in the Heart of The West End**

JOB ROLE: Supply Chain / Customer Service

JOB TYPE: Temporary - 8 weeks

COMPANY: Luxury retail brand Head Office

HOURS: 9.00 am- 17.30pm

SALARY: £12.00 - £13.00 PH

LOCATION: West End, London


  • Processing bookings from Wholesale clients

  • Liaising with the Warehouse

  • Updating Excel spread sheets

  • Populating data

  • Raising POs

  • Maintaining order systems

  • Develop and build strong relationships and networks with key opinion leaders/decision makers within the company and externally with relevant suppliers


  • Experience of brands; luxury brands is desirable

  • Impressive track record in retail, corporate or a wholesale business

  • Demonstrable success in a customer service / supply chain position

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Excellent communication skills both externally and at all levels in the company, both written and verbal

  • Enthusiastic, self-confident and self-motivated

  • Enjoys detail, accuracy and is analytical

  • Willing to adapt and take on new challenges and driven to continually improve

  • Ability to demonstrate excellent planning and organisational skills

  • Resourceful and highly commercial.
