Role: Recruitment Resourcer


Location: Bradford City Centre


Hours: Monday to Friday - 8.30am till 5.30pm


Start date: ASAP


Are you looking to support a small but friendly team based in Bradford City Centre? Are you a bubbly person who is an administrative wizard, and loves the opportunity to meet new people? Based in the heart of Bradford you will be working alongside both the Permanent and Temporary Consultants to support them in their admin (they are highly unorganised but know it and are very sorry about this in advance!). You'll help source candidates for new and exciting roles across Bradford, Huddersfield and Halifax, help with in-branch marketing and bring new and creative ideas to the table, support the branch with their social media - in particular Facebook and LinkedIn and work hard to help keep this brilliant branch moving forward over the years to come.


You will be given continuous training to ensure you feel up to date in a quickly changing marketplace, have a support system from your branch and other resourcers across the brand, be fairly rewarded for the hard work you do in and recognition of this will be given in the incredible yearly conference and other incentives.

As a Recruitment Resourcer you'll be responsible for:



  • Reception duties face to face and screening telephone calls

  • Sourcing suitable candidates from various job boards and LinkedIn on both temporary and permanent roles

  • Screening candidates over the phone and completing registrations and interviews

  • Responsible for building relationships with candidates over the phone and face to face to ensure you deliver a quality pipeline of candidates to the consultants

  • Liaising with clients regarding roles and queries they may have

  • Writing and posting adverts to various job boards

  • Completing all necessary paperwork to ensure compliance for the branch, including obtaining references for all temporary candidates

  • Updating social media platforms

  • Creating marketing documents for both clients and candidates

  • Weekly Payroll for all temporary candidates
