Business Development Specialist - London - Up to £45,000 plus amazing benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Specialist to join a leading technology business based in the City of London. As a growing business with a global presence, they are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join their team and support the Managing Director and Deputy Managing Director in determining and delivering results in line with business needs.

As the Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for seeking and developing growth opportunities for the business.

  • Provide proactive commercial support to the MD, DMD and EXEC, regular reporting on market development

  • Contribute to and prepare detailed reports and business plans

  • Project Management: to manage the entire project cycle

  • Analysis: to provide analysis on optimal options based on accurate analysis on pros/cons

  • Coordinate the business partner application process, including due diligence, legal documentation, budget management and the timely processing of documents for approvals

  • Support business partnerships with 3rd party companies

  • Responsible for developing project plans and KPIs for all projects, including monitoring of deliverables and reviewing output

  • Communicate with internal and external parties the across the business to support projects

This is a highly varied role which requires an experienced Business Development specialist with proven Business Development and Project management experience. You will have a strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of identifying, managing and closing new business opportunities. A relevant degree education will also be hugely advantageous to your application as would a background in construction or property.

You will naturally be a self-motivated individual who is comfortable working effectively cross functionally with other teams and also with internal and external partners. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills and a passion for bringing new ideas into reality is a must!
