A high growth digital media business who are headquartered in the US are looking to grow their UK operations by recruiting a Business Development Manager to take ownership over the sales function for their London office. This position will see you look to replicate the success this business has had in the US by implementing a sales and growth plan for the business, whilst working to rapidly grow their UK presence.

Joining a small team, this business is rapidly growing and as a result are looking to recruit someone who is progressive, hungry to succeed and a natural communicator.

  • Guide, develop and execute a plan of action for immediate growth in the UK

  • Generate new business opportunities throughout the UK

  • Carry out market research and identify prospective businesses to target

  • Make outbound communication via phone, email and F2F meetings with clients to understand their business needs and offer suitable solutions as necessary

  • Keep detailed records of progress

  • Set metrics and KPIs for success

  • Continuously work towards higher efficiency and success

This full 360 sales position requires a pro-active, driven and motivated individual with a proven background in sales from within the digital marketing market, ideally someone who is familiar with the programmatic world and has relationships within the Arts & Culture sector.

A natural self-starter you will be have self-motivation, will be capable of working autonomously and motivating yourself to achieve and succeed in all that you do. You will have outstanding communication skills, will enjoy speaking and selling to clients and building new business relationships.
