Our client is a well known and highly professional business service provider based near Birmingham City Centre. They have an excellent opportunity to join their Business Development Team.

Hours: 09:00 - 17.30

Location: Birmingham based office covering the Birmingham area

Salary: Salary Package of £27,000 per annum (including car allowance) + Uncapped Monthly Commission

The role will involve working to targets of bringing in 10 new clients on board per month, this will be through telemarketing, social media and networking.

The role requires you do conduct market research in regards to sales opportunities and customer needs.

You will be making appointments over the phone and then go out and meet clients face to face to sell the company service and ultimately get them to become a member of this organisation.

You will attend networking events as the company representative, some of these will be outside normal working hours but you will receive time in lieu.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a strong sales background including telephone and face to face sales, and be able to demonstrate that they have worked and excelled within a KPI driven role

  • Be experienced and comfortable making cold and warm calls to gain leads

  • Be confident using Social Media to promote company services

  • Have as strong passion for sales
