  • Processing complex customer quotations, orders and correspondence

  • Assisting with customer enquiries via telephone and email

  • Assisting with organisation of customer meetings (room reservation, lunches, meet and greet)

  • Working to schedules and complete required tasks

  • Investigating and resolving customer requirements and problems

  • Supporting the sales team

  • Excellent organisational and accurate analytical skills

  • Dynamic multi tasker with the desire to learn

  • Strong attention to detail, with accurate data entry skills

  • Ability to take initiative

  • In depth experience in SAP tools for ERP and CRM

  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office

  • Advanced excel skills

  • Proven track record in customer sales support role, to provide excellent customer service

  • Professional communication skills both written and spoken
