Job Role: Sales Order Processor


Salary: £25,000


Job Type: Permanent



Hours: 37.5 (Monday - Thursday 09:00-17:00, Friday 09:00 - 16:00)


Location: Monkspath, Solihull


Our client a family run business based in Monkspath, Solihull are looking for a Sales Orders Processor to join their small team. This is a fast paced and evolving department, where you will be responsible for processing all orders onto Sage.


Job responsibilities of a Sales Order Processor:



  • Creating Sales Orders

  • Allocating stock and printing delivery paperwork.

  • Generating Shipping Labels

  • Filing of finished orders

  • First point of contact for all incoming calls

  • Providing general admin support


The ideal Sales Order Processor will possess:



  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Knowledge of Sage 50 would be an advantage

  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy

  • Relevant experience of working in a busy, fast paced environment

  • A team player able to communicate with all levels of personnel
