JOB ROLE: Temporary Sales Order Processor

HOURS: 09:00-17:00 - Monday - Friday (09:00-17:00, 5-6 weeks)


SALARY: £12.00 Per Hour

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • You will be responsible for processing orders and adding quotations onto the CRM system

  • Assist with detailing customer enquiries / requirements and provide processing support as required to other members of the sales team

  • Working alongside all other internal departments, you will always ensure the highest level of customer service and work closely with and provide support to the business development and external sales teams to ensure that all sales opportunities are maximised.


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • It is essential that you have a good eye for detail with fast and accurate data entry skills

  • The ability to work well under time pressure with excellent inter-personal skills to communicate effectively at all levels of the business.

  • Whilst previous sales experience is preferred, it is vital that you are self-motivated, resourceful, and keen to undertake a wide range of duties as required.

  • Knowledge of a CRM systems would be advantageous (full training will be given)

  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
