£18,000 to £23,000 plus excellent benefits, in house training, plus additional attendance at NAEA courses with a view to receiving a qualification, a company car or alternatively a car allowance, 20 working days holiday p.a. plus all bank holidays

Experience is benefical but not vital

Salary expected without experience basic circa £18k but with commission in first year OTE £30k

Salary expected with experienced up to 23k OTE 40/45k

Office hours:

Monday - Thursday 8.45am to 7pm

Friday 8.45am to 6.00pm

Saturday 9.30am to 3.30pm. Afternoon off during the week if a Saturday worked, as well as a rota for Saturdays, if a Saturday is not worked then there would not be an afternoon off in the following week.

Main duties

  • Register applicants who have enquired from websites, seen a board, or called into office seeking property

  • Circulating property information via phone, post and email to prospective purchasers

  • Keep record of property viewings

  • Showing properties to potential buyers, (currently taking full Covid protection measures and always observing the company staff safety code.)

  • Report feedback to property owners with information on a viewings of their property.

  • Receive offers to purchase a property from people you have shown.

  • Offers are then discussed with your manager and then submitted to the client followed by ascertaining in fill the position and buying strength of the person who has offered and negotiating the best possible terms for the client.

  • Advising potential clients and promoting the Company's services

  • Showing properties to potential buyers.

  • Promoting the services of the Company and using all endeavours to create lettings and property sales

  • Regularly check and chase sales in progress

  • Ensure that all office systems are kept correctly and up to date, including records, files, personal and office diaries, viewing records, property details, applicant information and computer systems and records

  • Assist in keeping window display up to date

  • Ensure web site information is kept regularly updated
