Our client is seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team as a Sales & Marketing Assistant / Manager, to assist in the growth of their company.

This is a newly created role where you will help drive the expansion of their client base, through both direct and indirect marketing sales and marketing routes. The role offers an individual a clear future development and progression path.

The role is initially for a 12-month contract, but for the right individual who can demonstrate growth of the business vs their direct success, the role would be permanent.

Our client's standard working hours are Monday-Friday 9-5:30 pm and are based in the city centre. Salary is £25-27.5k.


- 2+ years' experience of sales and marketing in a business environment.

- You will have the ability to work with analytics and have experience of using data to drive sales and marketing and the ability to interpret data with working knowledge of the regulatory environment around data privacy attention to detail.

- You will be a skilled and confident communicator with prospects and existing customers, and able to demonstrate the link between marketing activity and results.

- This is a new and exciting role where candidate will have ability under own initiative, to take existing marketing routes and develop robust and proactive marketing routes for the company.

- You will be customer centric, creative, and able to demonstrate a proactive approach to work with an excellent attention to detail.


- Annual bonus (subject to performance)

- Flexible working hours/ environment (Whilst primarily an office-based role, they can provide the ability for some home working by agreement).

- 20 days paid leave, plus statutory holidays, are available on commencement. In addition, the office closes between Christmas and New Year, which is given over and above base annual holiday entitlement. This equates to around an additional 3-4 days annually over and above the flexible paid leave.
