Position: Sales Manager
Location: Erith
Salary: £40,000 per annum + Uncapped Bonus (Est. £5k in first year)

Hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday

Are you a results-driven, dynamic individual with a passion for sales? We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join an organisation in the distribution industry. If you have the skills and experience to drive sales growth and lead a team to success, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a small sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand customer base
- Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to maximise business opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
- Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and customer experience
Skills and Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or a candidate with extensive sales experience looking to take the next step up in their career
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and sales techniques
- Full UK driving licence- due to location of the office
