Normal hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm


Salary: £30k-£40k(depending on experience)


Location: Hagley Road, Birmingham- 100% Office Based.


Office Angels are proud to be partnering with a Fast-growing company in which they specialise in Short-term Property rental and Property management services.


This role will lead the sales team. This role will work with solely with Assured Short-Term Tenancies.


The main role and responsibilities a Sales manager will be, but no limited to.



  • In charge of corporate sales strategy

  • Increase sales performance of the corporate customer portfolio through higher penetration within existing accounts

  • Acquire new corporate accounts with focus on extended stay (4 nights and more) to increase customer portfolio

  • Manage key accounts ensuring performance is aligned with commercial strategy and KPI's

  • Develop Relocation agencies

  • Develop Insurance network for emergency housing

  • Conduct regular sales report according to commercial strategy

  • Manage the relevant CRM, databases, and tools

  • Conduct regular market and competition checks


The successful Sales manager will possess the following experience:



  • Proven experience in a similar role

  • Strong commercial outlook on sales and revenue very focused driven

  • Excellent sales, customer care, account management and negotiation skills, along with strong presentation and influencing skills

  • Good knowledge of PMS and CRM, although training will be given

  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft office systems

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Self-Motivation with a 'can do' attitude

  • Good Communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Organised and hardworking, whilst working under own initiative


The successful Sales manager will possess the following skills:



  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including English and Mathematics, or equivalent

  • Proficient with a property management platform or CRM

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • ARLA qualification

  • Possess good verbal and written communication skills

  • Good management and prioritisation of workload

  • Ability to cope with conflicting demands and deadlines

  • Work individually or in a team, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude to work

  • High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and formatting skills

  • Capable of using your initiative

  • Be proactive, flexible, and adaptable

  • Professional manner
