Sales & Logistics Coordinator - Based in Chertsey, Surrey
Salary range up to £30k DOE

Our client are a world leading technology provider with offices based close to Chertsey in Surrey. We are searching for a skilled sales and logistics professional, who is looking for an exciting new challenge working in the global technology market.

If you have experience dealing with logistics, tracking orders and processing invoices this could be the ideal next step in your career! Role & Responsibilities:

* Provide excellent customer service support via email and telephone.
* Process sales orders and process invoices.
* Process stock returns and RMA's.
* Manage queries in relation to order statuses and track orders to the final destination.
* Communicate with warehouse teams regarding global delivery schedules.
* Build and maintain professional relationships with 3rd parties and clients.
* Aim to achieve business KPI's and company SLA's.
* Support the sales and accounts teams with administrative support.
* General daily office administration duties.

People Skills:

o Educated to either Graduate level, or A-Level education with a minimum of 2 years administrative working experience.
o Intermediate or Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel essential.
o SAP experience would be beneficial, but training can be provided if necessary.
o English language essential & European language speaker beneficial.
o Excellent communication skills - written & verbal.
o Ability to work within tight deadlines and schedules.
