Office Angels are collaborating with a successful and innovative Livingston based company for a skilled and detail-oriented Sales Ledger Administrator. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of all sales transactions.

  • Process sales invoices, credit notes, and receipts in accordance with company policies.

  • Reconcile client accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies promptly.

  • Communicate effectively with clients to address billing inquiries and resolve outstanding issues.

  • Prepare and process customer payments, ensuring adherence to payment terms.

  • Monitor customer credit balances and aging receivables.

  • Implement credit control procedures to minimise overdue payments.

  • Collaborate with colleagues in the finance department and other relevant teams.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that contributes to the overall success of the organisation.

  • Work closely with a Ledger Manager, contributing to the success of both Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger functions.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

What you need:

  • Previous experience in sales ledger administration or a related finance processing role.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, in particular numerical entry.

  • Proficient in using accounting software such as Xero and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
