Office Angels have a fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager, to join our client who is based in Gateshead on a permanent contract basis.

In this varied, administrative, and people-focused position, you will be responsible for providing general support to the team, you will be people-focused, managing inbound enquiries and issuing quotations to an expanding range of customers, distributors, and partners.

Day to day, your main task will be to support the Company's existing customers who will generally contact the business via email or telephone with general enquiries on products available to them. You will support the customer with this, providing quotations and processing customer orders as timely as possible.

Main Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage the centralised inbox, responding to customers

  • Answer inbound telephone correspondence

  • Manage customer support and enquiries, maintaining and building positive business relationships

  • Process orders through the CRM System

  • Process quotations

  • Prepare regular monthly reports

  • General administration tasks

  • Undertake any reasonable duties that may be required by colleagues or managers within the commercial team
