JOB TITLE: Sales Executive

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

LOCATION: Ashford (hybrid working available, Monday and Friday from home!)

SALARY: Up to £28,000 + commission and additional bonus


TERM: Permanent

Office Angels are delighted to be working with our Client based in Ashford who we have had the pleasure of working with for over 5 years now. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an enthusiastic and driven sales team, with the ability to earn uncapped commission to reward your hard work. This role is a vital role within the business, you will be responsible for growing your Client Accounts through perseverance and exceptional service. You will have accounts set up ready for you, meaning you do not need to find leads yourself as these will already be available for you to hit the ground running. This role is B2B therefore commercial awareness is essential, you will be liaising with management and organising meetings to demonstrate your products.

You will be joining a sales team of 7 sales executives, working very closely with the Sales Director who will be training you in the products and ensuring you feel supported throughout your career. Having worked with this client and team for a number of years, we have had the pleasure of seeing our candidates grow and develop their sales careers whilst working amongst an incredibly supportive and well rewarded team.

The day to day duties in your new job would be:

  • Contacting clients through leads which will be provided to you (including contact names) via telephone, email and virtual meetings

  • Grow and build strong relationships with your clients, ensuring an excellent service is provided

  • Organise virtual meetings to demonstrate your products, offering consultative advice and guidance on which products are best suited for the client

  • Negotiate with Senior Management to close sales

  • Create and manage your pipeline of sales

  • Maintain relationships with clients, always ensuring they can come to you for any support

  • Recognise where you can offer further support to clients, up-selling and cross-selling when suitable

We'd love to speak to candidates who have:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • A proven track record in selling, including to prospect clients

  • Resilient, self-motivated and driven

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Previous B2B experience is desirable
