Location: Burgess Hill - Remote working initially with a phased return to the office from July 3 out of 5 days per week


Rate: £11 p/h


Working pattern: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Executive to join our Client, for up to 3 months initially


You will be responsible for supporting the Sales activity within the UK & Ireland Customer base to drive revenue and profit.


To be considered for this role, you must be able available immediately.


Role responsibilities:



  • Support the Sales activity within the UK & Ireland Customer base to drive revenue and profit

  • Provide an excellent Customer experience from RFQ to delivery.

  • Support the cash collection within the Region.

  • Manage Customer inquiries, quote requests, and purchase orders for stock and non-stock items

  • Quote alternative products and use upselling to add new products and additional product lines.

  • Forward-looking order book review: manage shipment schedules, order follow-up and expediting order processing internally (e.g. with supply chain management) to ensure on-time-delivery

  • Manage customer claims with functional departments (Accounting, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance etc.).

  • Deliver excellent customer service & maintain a professional yet personalised relationship with customers,

  • Drive all actions to achieve the monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and profit goals.

  • Consistent written and verbal communication with colleagues, Customers, and Management outlining and updating all with customer updates, opportunities and issues.
