JOB TITLE: Sales Executive

LOCATION: Bridgwater, Somerset (office based)

SALARY: Basic salary of £23,000, with uncapped bonus scheme. Realistic OTE of £28,000 - £30,000 in your first year.

HOURS: Full time - working 5 days per week to include every other weekend (rotas done a minimum of 3 months in advance)

THE ROLE: This role will suit a customer focused individual with a motivated and enthusiastic working attitude.

This is a very warm sales opportunity (no cold calling). Your sales activity will be based on handling incoming sales enquiries, providing an exceptional first impression of the company to a diverse customer base.

You will be working as part of a close-knit team of 3 where you will be provided with website enquiries to follow up. You need to be professional and have an excellent customer service manner as you will be making the initial contact with prospective clients. Part of the role will involve providing quotes to customers, so they are looking for someone who is numerate with good attention to detail. You will ensure the database is regularly updated with client information and keep in contact with the customer regarding any updates. They are a very friendly and motivated team that will ensure you settle successfully in your new role. You will receive on the job training and continuous support.

THE CANDIDATE:

• You will be able to connect and relate to customers, therefore a natural flair for customer service is essential - a real desire to always go the extra mile is key.


• You will have a background in sales - either office or retail based and be motivated to work towards targets.


• The role will involve liaising with customers via the telephone on a daily basis, therefore a confident telephone manner is important.


• You will also liaise with customers via email so will need to have accurate and professional email writing skills.
