Sales Event Coordinator

Sales Event Coordinator - Salary £30,000 pro-rata
Part time permanent contract - 20 hours a week - (2:00pm-7:00pm)
Staines based, Surrey

Reporting to the Commercial Director, this new position allows the successful candidate to provide the Administration and close client support with every aspect of running of this company's major US client account with the aim of become a champion for organised administration, including the use and maintenance of the CRM system.
This role would be suited to an individual with experience of working within commercial operation where their detailed Administration work is directly aimed at supporting the client(s) as a prime contact. Detailed coordination, customer care and CRM experience will all be drawn upon whilst you work collaboratively with the client, vendors and colleagues to provide a seamless, high quality experience throughout the account management processes.

Key Responsibilities and Outcomes:

* Responsible for managing a shared customer facing mailbox & ensuring all correspondence is dealt with professionally and efficiently.
* Create and issue partner contracts using pre-defined templates
* Monitor and track contract signatures ensuring the process runs seamlessly and within establish time frames
* Responsible for organising invoice & PO requisitions
* Data entry of key contract, invoicing, and collection information within CRM database
* Develop and manage internal reporting processes
* Become a champion for the ongoing development and daily administration of the CRM system.
* Where appropriate, manage projects, sharing knowledge and experience to develop skills and role model for the company's values.

* Proficient in using Excel
* Strong inter-personal skills to maintain the best and most effective relationships with partners,
suppliers and colleagues.
* Highly motivated and passionate with a can-do approach to finding solutions and
delivering customer service.
* Strong communicator both written and verbally.
* Excellent customer service skills and client focus.
* Highly organised with good attention to detail.
