JOB TITLE:



  • Business Development Representative

  • Full-Time Permanent

  • 09.30am-17.30pm

  • £25,000-£32,000* Depending on experience + OTE of £8,000

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Business Development representative for a growing IT company in the city of London

  • Utilising prospect sales activity to produce new business opportunities for the company

  • Employing various sales approaches including cold calling, emails, and social media platforms

  • Working alongside and in collaboration with other SDRs across the business

  • Analyse and report on market trends that you observe, presenting any insights into sales and marketing effectivity

  • Using various sales and marketing systems to find leads, including Salesforce

  • Understand your goals and work hard in order to attain and surpass these

  • Working as part of a team to grow the company, build and maintain relationships with clients


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Educated to degree level or equivalent, ideally

  • Someone with an extremely strong work ethic, who is willing to 'get stuck in' wherever needed

  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal

  • A confident individual who can communicate effectively over the phone

  • A proactive individual who can prioritise and time manage effectively

  • Ideally some previous experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
