Sales Coordinator

JOB TITLE: Sales Coordinator


LOCATION: Yeovil, Somerset


SALARY: £20,000 - £23,000 PA DOE


HOURS: 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

THE ROLE: You will be a key contributor to the business helping to ensure the sales team delivers its key objectives with main responsibilities including;



  • Monitoring stock levels across each site.

  • Supporting the sales team and managing all necessary paperwork.

  • Invoice match and check: Producing proof Invoices, matching with backup documentation and resolving discrepancies where possible.

  • Supporting the Commercial Team.

  • Producing various weekly / monthly reports, internal and external.

  • Dealing with telephone enquiries and queries from customers, hauliers and staff.

  • Filing and maintaining electronic and paper records.


THE CANDIDATE: This role will suit an experienced administrator with meticulous attention to detail, exceptional communication skills and the confidence and ability to build strong business relationships. You will need to have good IT skills, specifically good working knowledge of Excel including formulas and graphs. Ideally, you will be used to dealing with the production of paperwork to support exports. You will be joining a friendly and supportive team, therefore you will need to enjoy a team environment.
