Overview:


An exciting opportunity to join a great business with over 25 years' experience in the removals and storage industry, providing households and businesses across England and Scotland with a tailored removals and storage service.


As a Sales Coordinator, you will be working as part of a small team, responsible for handling client enquiries, quotations, and bookings. You will also deal with administrative tasks related to Domestic and Corporate Accounts



You will apply your previous experience in Sales Coordinator/Administration/Customer Service to support the amazing team.


Sounds interesting?... Daily duties include:


General



  • Receiving domestic and corporate enquires by telephone, email, and internet.

  • Placing enquires with the network and feeding back on appointments and move dates.

  • Client aftercare after moving, such as insurance claims

  • Receiving bookings for branch surveys, qualifying enquiry, identify the source of the lead entering all relevant details onto moveware.

  • Cradle to grave handling of enquires for own accounts.



  • Processing of quotations on in-house system



To be successful in this role you'll will need to have:



  • Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Have excellent customer service skills

  • Have experience of dealing with Key Accounts

  • Have a good telephone manner

  • Have a good understanding of computer systems
