JOB TITLE: Sales Consultant
JOB TYPE: Permanent
HOURS: 9.00am - 5.00pm (Office based)
SALARY: £20,000 - £23,000 plus uncapped bonus structure!
LOCATION: Central London

DUTIES:

• Advising clients on investments, providing excellent customer service


• Supporting clients through the sales process and managing all administration


• Securing property deals on a weekly basis


• Engaging with clients and understanding their financial goals


• Providing comprehensive information about investment property and market conditions


• Booking meetings with clients and deliver investment solutions to enable investors to achieve their goals


• Managing clients property portfolios and dealing with all enquiries


• Managing a busy inbox and following up all investment enquiries


• Building rapport and maintaining client relationships

Experience, knowledge and skills required

• Experience working within a sales environment


• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal


• Good IT skills


• Self-motivated and proactive


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
