JOB TITLE: Sales Consultant


LOCATIONS: Chard / Yeovil / Axminster / Honiton / Exeter / Seaton / Sidmouth / Okehampton / Crediton / North Devon / Dorset


SALARY: £27,000 per annum + at least 50% OTE (additional £13,500 per year Bonus) + £250 car allowance, mileage covered, laptop & mobile phone provided


HOURS: 8.30am-5.30pm (Monday-Friday)

THE ROLE: The key focus is to increase the base of residential customers, handling new customer acquisitions and existing upgrades. You will work within a target-based environment and will be required to meet or exceed targets.


The successful candidate will be big on personality and training will be provided for the skills as longs as you have some sales experience irrelevant of how much!


Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, your duties will include:



  • Self-generate opportunities to present the company and products

  • Qualifying prospects and pipeline management

  • Generating revenue and acquiring customers

  • Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis

  • Be responsible and accountable for meeting targets and deadlines

  • Collaborate closely with other Sales and Marketing channels to establish clear working guidelines

  • Be an ambassador for the company's future

  • Keep abreast of business developments and be able to communicate clearly and confidentially to customers

  • Ensure daily/monthly targets are met and the CRM is updated efficiently and timeously, in order for the Field Sales Manager to compile daily/monthly statistics


THE PERSON:



  • Energetic and outgoing, with the ability to work independently and within a team

  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt to change

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), computer literate and technically savvy

  • Able to absorb industry knowledge and training material quickly

  • Able to work full time with flexibility to work on a Saturday if need be

  • A full Driving Licence
