As a Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates. You will act as a trusted advisor, matching talented individuals to the right job opportunities and guiding employers in their search for outstanding talent.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and promoting repeat business

  • Proactively sourcing and engaging with potential clients and candidates through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and social media platforms

  • Conducting in-depth interviews with candidates to determine their skills, experience, and career aspirations

  • Matching suitable candidates to available job vacancies and presenting them to clients in a professional and persuasive manner

  • Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, handling any queries or concerns promptly and effectively


Requirements:



  • Previous sales experience, ideally in a target-driven environment

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with people from all backgrounds

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, able to persuade clients and candidates effectively

  • A positive and resilient attitude, able to overcome challenges and maintain motivation

  • A driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required, as you may occasionally need to visit clients in person
