Our client is an independent, luxury design lead retailer with a stunning boutique based in SW London. We are actively seeking a Sales Associate to manage client relationships, drives luxury ready-to-wear, made-to-order, and bespoke sales, and exceeds monthly store targets. Candidates typically need luxury retail experience, strong clienteling expertise with very important clients (VICs), and polished brand representation.
Key Responsibilities
- Clienteling & Service: Act as the primary contact for ready-to-wear and bespoke tailoring, building long-term relationships with high-net-worth VIC clients.
- Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store-wide monthly sales goals.
- Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of collections, offering tailored styling advice and cross-department recommendations.
- Store Operations: Support visual merchandising, stock management, and general housekeeping to maintain a luxury environment.
- Experience: A background working in a luxury fashion retail environment, or equivalent sales environment with a proven passion for luxury retail
- Skills: Exceptional communication, proactive client outreach, and strong organizational skills.
- Presentation: Polished, professional demeanour acting as a true brand ambassador
