The role - Sales Associate (Business Development)
Salary - up to £24k depending on experience + bonus
Location - Glasgow City Centre (hybrid working)
Hours - 9am-5pm Mon-Fri

Would you like to join a dynamic and forward-thinking legal firm?

As a growing business they are looking to expand the team - full training will be provided however a sales or customer service background would be advantageous.

The role initially will be fully office based during the training period but on completion of the training a flexible hybrid working arrangement can be agreed (typically 2-3 days in the office).
The option to be fully office based is also available.

We will only be shortlisting candidates who can demonstrate a confident telephone manner and are at ease with both inbound and outbound calls.

How your day will look -

* Following up on leads and ensuring data is updated on the CRM system
* Responding to new enquiries from prospective clients via phone calls, text and email
* Working closely with the legal teams to generate quotes
* Carrying out consultations with clients and helping them understand the services provided
* Taking client payments by telephone and generating fee notes
* Booking appointments
* Producing contracts and managing e-sign processes
* Liaising throughout with the legal team to ensure clients receive fast and accurate legal advice
* Running the sales and on-boarding process for clients

Skills required -

* Excellent communication, organisational and administration skills
* Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel)
* Excellent customer service approach 
* Ability to meet tight deadlines and multi-task
* Ability to work as part of a team and to use your own initiative 
* Quick learner with good attention to detail
* Customer focus
* Results-driven

The ideal candidate will be a persuasive individual who can help clients understand the benefits and the ideal solution to their circumstance and is essential you are comfortable and confident when making contact calls to prospect clients.
