Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Sales and Purchasing Administrator for our client based in Fleet.
Role: Sales and Purchasing Administrator
Location: Fleet
Salary: £26,000 to £28,000 per annum
The Role:
- Sales order processing for customers located worldwide from receiving the order, containerisation, pricing and arranging deliveries / logistics to customer for deliveries direct from Chin
- Raising customer proforma's and requesting deposits were required
- Sales Order tracking to ensure all orders are processed on time and correctly
- Placing purchase orders on factories for sales orders and liaising with the factories regarding goods ready dates and shipments
- Work closely with the Artwork team to ensure all correct artwork is sent to the factories for all customer orders.
