Sales And Planning Administrator


LOCATION: Wellington, Somerset.


SALARY: Circa £19,000- £21,000 Dependant on experience


HOURS: Monday- Thursday 7.45am-5pm, Friday 8.30am-12.30pm (There may be some flexibility on this for the right candidate)

THE COMPANY: Our client are a well-established and highly reputable distribution business. They are a leader in their industry and have excellent staff retention.


THE ROLE: To oversee all production planning activities, arrange customer deliveries, and provide administrative support to the Production and Sales Department.


KEY DUTIES:


Production



  • Process customer orders to production planning schedule.

  • Maintain stock & production records in line with requirements.

  • Provide administration support for the production department.

  • Schedule machine deliveries whilst working alongside haulage companies.

  • Prepare all necessary documentation associated with both production and delivery process.


Sales



  • Process customer Quotations & Orders using CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics)

  • Maintain detailed price lists and specification documents.

  • Aid in the completion of Tenders and supplier questionnaires.


THE CANDIDATE:



  • Strong administration skills with experience of Microsoft Office

  • Good attention to detail

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

  • A confident, friendly yet assertive manner

  • Thrives on working in a busy office with a varied role.
