Sales and Operations Coordinator - Egham
Salary: £28,000 + Annual Bonus

The Role:
As a Sales and Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role, supporting Account Managers, External Partners, and Customers. This varied role encompasses both front-end and back-end processes, ensuring smooth and time-efficient transactions.


Key Responsibilities:
* Document Management: Create and manage contracts, ensuring all documents are correctly raised and issued within company guidelines.
* Lease Administration: Oversee the end-of-lease process, manage returns, and communicate options to customers.
* Customer Support: Resolve internal and external queries, liaise with sales and credit departments, and maintain high standards of customer care.
* System Updates: Ensure all documentation matches Leasing Administration System and process updates when equipment is sold.
* Adhoc Duties: Provide general office support, attend external training, and manage KPIs.

* Key Experience: You will have a strong administration background with experience of accurately processing contracts / cross checking financial documents.
* Attention to Detail: You will be able to demonstrate a meticulous and methodical approach to tasks.
* Communication Skills: You will have the ability to build and develop relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues at all levels.
* Organisational Skills: You will possess excellent time management skills and the ability to maintain high standards under pressure.
* Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word). SAP would be an advantage
* Attitude: Enthusiastic, tenacious, proactive, honest, and trustworthy.
