JOB TITLE: Sales and Marketing Administrator (Temporary role)

HOURS: 09:00am - 17.30pm


DURATION: 2-4 week assignment (potentially to become permanent)

SALARY: £25,000 per annum

LOCATION: Walking distance from Bank station.

A bit about the company & role:

Our client is seeking a professional Sales and Marketing Administrator to work extremely closely with the Sales Director. They are a leading organisation working with real world data and producing research solutions for healthcare and life sciences!

They are a team that do all they can to ensure they deliver high-quality and sustainable solutions to their clients. The team are collaborative, patient, and pragmatic and are looking for a like-minded individual to join them. This is an incredible opportunity that allows you gain exposure to the Sales and Marketing division of the Healthcare industry through a leading organisation.


  • Act as PA to the Sales Director, supporting them with diary coordination within the team and the wider company

  • Organising meetings and travel arrangements, planning and coordinating the Sales & Marketing staff induction

  • Design and manage the shared document filing system

  • Extracting, collating and disseminating reports for clients monthly

  • Monitoring the helpdesk, and acting as the first line of support for any queries

  • Extracting and collating data for KPIs utilising SalesForce, Hubspot and Excel

  • Assisting with event coordination, e.g. ISPOR planning, budget management and sourcing materials

  • Supporting with CRM and various marketing tools

  • Helping with general office admin duties and occasionally supporting Board members


  • Bright and reliable personality with excellent timekeeping skills and strong attention to detail

  • A positive, flexible and professional individual that can demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude and who is always willing to learn new skills

  • A quick thinker, who is proactive, and solution orientated, with strong organisational skills

  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently, and undertake a broad range of administration tasks

  • An individual who can hit the ground running, and go above and beyond to ensure their work is completed to the highest standard

  • A team player who is energetic and resourceful

  • Experience with diary management and proficient IT skills (Microsoft packages) are required

  • Experience with Salesforce is desired

  • 1-2 year's experience in an admin role is essential
