Sales Advisor

Office Angels are currently working with an inspirational design led company based in South Lanarkshire who manufacture a range of bespoke products. Due to ever increasing sales demand we are helping them recruit an experienced Sales Advisor. The role will be based on site and will be a customer facing position. The customer experience is our client's top priority and they are looking to recruit someone who can demonstrate a successful career in a similar role. The working week is based over 5 days Wednesday to Sunday and hours of work are 10 am to 6pm Wed to Sat and 11am to 5.30pm on Sunday. This is a fixed working pattern and we invite applications from candidates who are available to work on this basis.




About the role:-


As a customer facing position, the Sales Advisor will be expected to greet and support customers in a genuine and friendly way. Our client will expect you to engage with each potential customer and take the time to understand their inspirations and home styling etc. By doing this it will enable the Advisor to help a customer to describe and create their ideal piece of bespoke furniture. By bringing the ideas to life and delivering exactly what the customer wants our client enjoys an excellent reputation and many repeat orders.




About you:-


It is imperative that you have an outgoing and engaging personality and are willing to support each customer with their search for the perfect piece of furniture. If you have a positive approach to customer interactions and enjoy finding the perfect solution for them then this is the ideal role for you. Whilst there is a sales focus within the role, the client is searching for an Advisor who will engage with each one and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will therefore have to demonstrate previous experience of finding solutions and finalising sales in a similar role.
