Sales Administrator | Temp to Perm

JOB TITLE: Sales Administrator

LOCATION: Maidstone, Kent

SALARY: £12-13ph | £25,000 once permanent

TERM: Temp to Perm

HOURS: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (could be flexible)

We have a new opportunity to join an established business within the Construction Sector as a Sales Administrator. You will be joining a successful team, many of which have been with the business for some time. Based just off the M20 with free parking, the offices are light and spacious and a nice working environment.

This is a Temporary to Permanent role starting as soon as possible, this isn't a targeted sales based role, more of a supportive Administration position.

The day to day duties in your new job would be:

  • Speaking with existing customers over the telephone

  • Responding to email and web based enquiries

  • Processing sales orders

  • Invoicing

  • Speaking with suppliers, ordering stock

  • Creating and issuing Sales Reports/Dashboards

  • Arranging delivery transport

  • Drafting sales quotations

  • Updating the client CRM/database

  • Raising Debit/Credit notes

  • Supporting the sales team with Administration

We'd love to speak to candidates who have:

  • Customer focused with an excellent telephone manner

  • Computer literate and a good working knowledge of Word and Excel

  • Knowledge of SAP (not essential)

  • Experience of working in an office environment
