Sales Administrator

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join the Customer Service Centre. Do you want to work in an international company with a dynamic team, where your role will be an important driver to the company's success?

Your role in the Customer Service Centre works with sales, quotations, price calculations, orders, and projects. As a Sales Coordinator, you will provide customers with the best possible service and the salespeople with excellent backup.

Your primary tasks will be:

* Ensure and drive a strong co-operation between the client and customers.

* Be a strong and competent support for Area Sales Managers.

* Order processing and follow-up.

* Daily customer contact.

* Forecast and price calculations.

* Ad hoc tasks

Your profile :

You know how to organise your own workday and you have the will to succeed. You ensure quality in handling all tasks from start to finish.

Furthermore: *

  • You have experience with customer service and have the ability to create a good relationship with the customer and understand the customer's needs.

* You have strong IT competencies, including being a super user of Microsoft Office and you possibly have knowledge of CRM and M3.

* A good communicator and articulate.

* Experience with back office sales from a similar position is an advantage.

* You structure your work and manage to keep track of all actives without losing sight of details.

* You are a service-minded team player with lots of initiative, and good at communicating at all levels. Over time, the role will develop to include project-oriented tasks. You will become project owner of new projects and ensure proper calculations of new products.

You will also have the opportunity to be responsible for your own customers.
