Sales Administrator

Office Angels are working with a leading medical company with the recruit of a Sales Administrator. An immediate start is available for the right candidate so apply today!


Role: Sales Administrator


Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:45pm | 37.5 hour per week


Contract: Permanent


Location: Sheffield | On site parking


Salary: £19,500pa + salary rising to £20,000pa after 6 months, 33 days holiday, progression opportunities & free parking


Duties -



  • Customer service support via phone and email

  • Processing of sales enquiries

  • Processing of customer quotes

  • Assisting with Tenders

  • Mailshot / letter as and when required

  • Processing customer orders

  • Supporting Account Managers on a daily basis

  • Admin support to other departments as and when required


Previous experience -



  • Experience working in a Sales / Commercial Admin role would be a distinct advantage

  • Strong customer service skills via phone & email

  • Able to priorities & manage own workload

  • Strong communicator
