Sales Administrator

Office Angels are recruiting for our client in Rotherham who are looking for a Sales Administrator / Advisor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. The role will be predominately office based, with many covid safety measure in place.


Sales Administrator / Advisor


Full time, Permanent - Monday to Friday


Rotherham - close to M18 junction


£20,000pa - £21,000pa, free parking, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays


ASAP start available


Duties:



  • Dealing with customer enquiries via phone & email - providing relevant information & general customer service

  • Scanning and filing invoices

  • Sourcing items from suppliers when required

  • Handling inbound sales enquiries - including checking stock levels & pricing

  • Processing sales orders

  • Sustain high levels of customer service & administration

  • To undertake other duties as and when required


Previous experience:



  • Excellent communication skills via phone, email and in person

  • Sound commercial awareness

  • Excellent organisation and prioritising skills

  • Previous administration and customer service experience

  • Experience working within a Sales department would be an advantage

  • Knowledge of importing procedures or logistics administration would be an advantage

  • Confident using IT packages including Outlook & Excel
