The Role:



Job Title: Sales Administrator


Department: Sales


Primary Location: Hybrid working - Edinburgh/The Lothians/Working from home


Hours of work: Full-time


Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm


Reports to: Sales Manager



Key purpose:


A busy and pivotal role within the estate agency team at our client, delivering first class service to new and existing clients.



Main Duties and Responsibilities



  • Processing all phone, email and walk-in enquiries promptly, professionally and in accordance with internal service standards

  • Following up on all viewings to generate feedback for clients

  • Operating and updating customised databases accurately to allow analysis of workload, targets and cash flow

  • Organising viewings and liaising with both clients and viewing agents in an efficient and professional manner

  • Co-ordinating diaries

  • Supporting your Team and Manager

  • Flexibility and willingness to work out-with normal working hours, including evening and weekend cover
