Sales Administrator £19k-£21k Central Bristol

Position: Sales Administrator
Location: City Centre - Cabot Circus area
Salary: £19,000 - £21,000 Dependant on Experience
Hours: 37.5 Hours per week, Full Time, Permanent

The Position


Your role ultimately, is to provide administrative support to the sales and contracts team.



  • Input onto internal company systems

  • Speak with new clients on the phone to discuss services and obtain details for sign up

  • Liaise closely with other internal teams to ensure smooth set up of new clients

  • Review and processing new starter contracts

  • Running daily checks for missing information and utilising reporting software


About you


Relevant experience isn't essential but having some key attributes are going to work in your favour. You will need to;



  • Have outstanding attention to detail, accuracy really is key

  • Be a clear communicator - This position includes speaking with multiple internal teams and the clients

  • Have a positive approach to your work, be eager to learn and support in other areas of the business if needed.


Once initial training has been completed there is the opportunity to work from home 2/3 days per week.
