  • Location - Newcastle

  • Hours - 36.5 per week

  • Salary: £21,673.60 - £22,500

  • Monday - Thursday, 9 am - 5 pm, Friday 9 am - 4 pm

  • Up to £1250 per annum in company performance related bonus


The Role:



  • Process all customer orders and follow the company processes to produce and complete orders to dispatching the goods to the customer

  • Liaison with customers and suppliers

  • Raise Purchase orders

  • Dealing with telephone Inquiries efficiently and professionally

  • Ensuring stationery and office supplies are up to date.

  • Filing & General Office Duties

  • Picking orders for dispatch

  • Labelling products

  • Goods Inwards duties: Checking deliveries against delivery notes and updating of stock records as necessary


The Ideal Candidate



  • Strong attention to detail

  • Computer literate

  • Microsoft suite proficient

  • Experience with Sage 50

  • Sales Admin / Order Dispatch background desirable

  • Flexible approach to work


As you will be working alongside an experienced team who will be able to show you the ropes, and help get you trained, attitude and willingness to learn are more important than experience.
