Job Title: Sales Administrator Location: Tilehurst, Reading Salary: Up to £30,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:




  • Customer Interaction: Engage with prospective customers over the phone to provide information, answer inquiries, and assist with their needs.




  • Administrative Duties: Perform general administrative tasks such as creating invoices, managing paperwork, and maintaining accurate records.




  • Data Entry: Input data into our accounting system (Xero) to ensure accurate financial records.




  • Communication: Write professional emails and letters to clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.




  • Customer Service: Demonstrate a strong sense of customer service by addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.




  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of accuracy when handling data and documents to ensure the smooth operation of the sales process.




Qualifications:



  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero) is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

  • A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
