We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator to be part of a small team based in Market Harborough Coalville reporting into a Manager working office hours Monday - Fridays 9am - 5pm with Parking


As the Sales Administrator your duties are listed below


Sales enquiries


- using in house system to enter enquiries and generate quote requests.


- Establishing best prices and passing information back to Sales Reps


- Some negotiation



Order Processing


- Raising Work Instructions and Purchase Orders


- Generating delivery notes


- Entering Supplier invoices


- Creating customer invoices



Account Management


- Customer service via telephone and email


- Dealing with orders and enquiries


- Assisting Sales Reps



Stock Management


- Raising stock codes


- Organising call off orders


- Keeping track of customer stocks



General office duties


- Answering phone


- Filing


- Customer enquiries /complaints.
