Duties:



  • Providing administration support within the sales department

  • Maintaining effective and accurate communication between suppliers and staff

  • Processing a high volume of orders on a daily basis

  • Processing paperwork with accuracy

  • Completing stock analysis and control duties

  • Understanding all areas of the sales process

  • Meeting deadlines and company guidelines

  • Previous experience within a similar role

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to learn quickly

  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel & Word

  • Excellent attention to detail skills including accuracy with numbers

  • Ability to multitask and remain organised
