Office Angels are so excited to be recruiting for a Sales Administrator based in Maidstone. Working for a family-owned group who are a leading manufacturer, you will be the core person for progressing orders from start to finish.

Job Title: Sales Administrator

Location: Maidstone

Salary: £25,000

Hours: Monday-Thursday- 8.30am-5pm Friday 8.30am-2.30pm


� 25 days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays (3 days to be taken at Xmas)

The role:

This will be a very busy role for someone who is experienced in delivering great efficient experience to customers by adding value and ensuring customers satisfaction being at the core of what you do.

As the Sales Administrator your key responsibilities would be:

� Outbound sales calls to be completed on a daily to interact with customer base / prospect customers

� Input and process sales orders into the database accurately and in a timely manner.

� Provide exceptional and timely feedback to customer's when orders are placed with the reassurance that their requirements will be met by validating the order over the phone and confirmation given back in writing.

� Obtain proof of delivery's/expected time of arrival from couriers.

� Communicate with accounts to ensure orders are not processed if the customer exceeds their credit limit.

� Play a key role in assisting the procurement manager in identifying inventory that should be stocked and min/max levels to ensure core products are always available.

� Providing exceptional communication to all external, internal customers and suppliers.

We'd love to speak to candidates with the following skills:

� Experience using Microsoft Office packages and an advanced understanding of Excel.

� Attention to detail is a core part of the role and to ensure we have a smooth sales process, is essential.

� Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective team and customer relationships.
