Our client, a Luxury brand is seeking an experienced sales administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.
In this role, you will be supporting the team with assisting with and checking Po's updating trackers along with daily admin support for the team.
Type of Role: Minimum 7 weeks
Role: Sales admin support
Company Type/Industry: Luxury retail
Schedule: Hours/days: 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Central London, In the office
Pay: £13-£14 per hour
Duties
- Extensive email correspondence, occasionally covering mailboxes
- updating trackers, and checking PO's
- Maintaining office supplies, ordering and supporting stock
- Run monthly inventory reviews of stock
- ensure all documents and trackers are kept up to date
- Support team in weekly PO and critical path review meeting
- entering information on the company database, raising invoices as well as supporting the Sales Managers
Skills & Experience
- Highly confident in Excel, teams and powerpoint is a must
- Experience supporting a team
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Experience working with data and close attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time mangement skills
