My client, a successful and friendly business based in Grays, has had a great opportunity arise within their administration team. This busy team are looking for a Sales Administrator to join them. This is a fabulous opportunity within a varied and busy role.



Responsibilities will include:



  • Responding to all inbound calls & emails

  • Taking and processing sales orders

  • Dealing with all pricing enquiries

  • Corresponding with clients regarding queries and order enquiries

  • Liaising with clients with regard to the progress of orders

  • Dealing with bespoke order administration

  • Monitoring stock levels and movements on product lines

  • following up quotations to create sales

  • Coordinate with other departments, such as accounts, purchasing and dispatch


Skills:


� Excellent communication skills


� Be enthusiastic and dependable


� Be focused and goal oriented


� Proven Previous Sales Experience


� CAD qualification beneficial
