Job Title: Sales Administrator


Location: Exeter


Hours: Totally flexible on days and hours for the right candidate!


Salary: £23,000-£27,000 based on full time salary, dependent on experience

The Company: An independent leisure company specialising in the high-end motor homes industry. They pride themselves on providing clients with a top service, whether that is in sales or repairs, from their base on the outskirts of Exeter.

The Role: As the Sales Administrator you will be working onsite providing an essential support role to the business, which is made up of a team of 8, including the Directors and sales department. Your diligence and enthusiastic character along with great communication and organisational skills will play a key part when dealing with customers and internal departments such as sales, warranty, repairs and accounts, building relationships on a daily basis.


Regular duties include sales administration, customer correspondence, following up on orders, billing and tracking, liaising with suppliers, invoicing, plus preparing for trade shows and events.


Duties & responsibilities:


� First port of call for all enquiries, and redirecting as appropriate


� Communicating with clients via email, building positive relationships with both existing and new clients


� Following up on client's business communication - ordering, billing and tracking expenditure on the system


� Supporting Accounts, invoicing clients and checking for any discrepancies


� Communicating and working with material suppliers and vendors


� Support the Sales team, warranty department, and repairs department with any ad hod administrative tasks


� Prepare trade shows and events


� Help with company marketing and social media when required


The Candidate:


� Previous administration experience


� Happy to work autonomously, as well as in a team


� Excellent communication skills


� Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise


� High attention to detail, diligent and efficient


� Strong IT skills, including MS Office package


� Willingness to learn


� Honest and reliable


� Non-smoker due to the nature of the business
